Grant Miner - Theatre Carpenter, Electrician, and Sound Designer
Grant Miner is primarily a Theatre Carpenter working in educational settings. He has over eight years of varying experience from roadhouse to set construction to electrics and even some sound design. Most of his experience is at Juniata College in their two spaces, Halbritter working for Juniata Presents, and Susan Von Liebig working for Juniata Theatre.
In the 2012 summer season he will be working at Six Flags Great America in the Grand Music Hall running the light and soundboard.
His interest in Theatre Technology began in high school. Needing an extra curricular activity that didn't revolve around sports, he joined the "tech club" at the Larkin High school Academy, forming a solid foundation for his undergrad studies in Theatre Technology.
